FarmUp is a livestock management SaaS software published by DigiLaunch Tech (Christlain Nanko). By using FarmUp, you accept these terms.

2. ACCESS TO THE SERVICE

• FarmUp is accessible via web browser
• An account is required to access the service
• You must be at least 18 years old
• One account per farm

3. USER ACCOUNT

• You are responsible for: the confidentiality of your credentials; all actions performed on your account; the accuracy of the information provided.

• Payment via Mobile Money Cameroon
• No refund after plan activation
• Cancellation possible at any time (access maintained until expiration)

6. DATA OWNERSHIP

Your farming data belongs to you. DigiLaunch Tech only accesses it for technical support. Export available on request.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

FarmUp and its source code are the exclusive property of DigiLaunch Tech. Any reproduction is prohibited without authorization.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• DigiLaunch Tech cannot be held responsible for:
• Data loss due to misuse
• Exceptional service interruptions
• Decisions made based on data recorded in FarmUp

9. CANCELLATION

You may delete your account at any time. Your data will be deleted within 30 days. DigiLaunch Tech may suspend an account in case of violation of these terms.

10. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by Cameroonian law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Yaoundé, Cameroon.
